Meet Nikisha

Nikisha Williams was born and raised in Kinston, North Carolina where she attended Lewis School, Southeast School, J. H. Sampson, Rochelle Middle, and Kinston High School. Ms. Williams focus in high school was vocational studies, business and marketing. She was a member of DECA and participated in various vocational programs. Upon graduating in 2003 from high school she furthered her career at Fayetteville State University. Ms. Williams attended Fayetteville State University from 2004-2007 graduating early with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing.

Ms. Williams worked at fast food restaurants, state and private facilities to make ends meet during her course of study at Fayetteville State University and after graduating. Once she graduated FSU she became group home manager at two privately owned facilities, before advancing to Area Director of another private entity. It was during this time that Ms. Williams gain adequate knowledge, skills and expertise in handling health care business, audits, reviews, staff and client needs. At this time Ms. Williams wanted to help others in any way possible. What enhanced her drive is: knowing that you can change someone else’s life with sincere help, loyalty and consistency. Supreme Investments, LLC was originally formed as a real estate company while Ms. Williams attended real estate school. The real estate dream was put on hold after an opportunity to start a health care agency, was presented Supreme Investments, LLC then became Supreme Choice Health Care. Ms. Williams started Supreme Choice Health Care on November 30, 2009. She worked to get licensures, endorsements, and accreditations successfully over time from 2010-2011.

From 2011- now Ms. Williams has become a Certified Nursing Assistant, American Red Cross First Aide Instructor, Mind Set Instructor, Notary Public, Medical Billing and Coding Specialist, Member of the Order of the Eastern Star,Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Philanthropist. Ms. Williams drive and dedication to Supreme Choice Health Care has substantially improved business growth, revenues, client and staff satisfaction. Under the direction of Ms. Williams Supreme Choice Health Care has become the first Home
Care agency in Kinston, North Carolina to be accredited by the Joint Commission and first privately owned home care organization in Kinston, North Carolina that is accredited by two international agencies at one time.

Ms. Williams is now a mother, the owner of 1108 Financial Resources (2015) a tax preparation firm, Legacy Event Rentals (2018) a luxury event rental company, and Fast Track Career Prep, Inc.(2018) a propriety school in Wilson NC that certifies those interested in becoming nursing assistants, pharmacy technicians, and medical billers and coders. She has a heart of gold and is willing to help others sometimes before she helps herself. Ms. Williams realizes that consistency, faith and treating people right have led to the success of Supreme Choice Health Care and other businesses that she is affiliated with. With over 20 years in the health care field and over 15 years of managerial experience Ms. Williams demonstrates vast knowledge in every aspect of business including promotions and compliance!
